Also noteworthy is Chiara Maria Fiorani’s Zerlina, delicate in her vocal production and confident across all registers. Charismatic and incisive, the performer perfectly conveys both the innocence and the irresistible mischief of this character.

“The charming Masetto […] finds in Chiara Maria Fiorani’s delightful Zerlina the only female voice that does not disturb the ears with piercing high notes or uncontrolled vocal production.”

Don Giovanni

For correctness of execution and balance in stage realization, Chiara Maria Fiorani’s Zerlina is the best of the three female voices. Perfectly in tune, with excellent control of dynamics and vocal production (always well supported across the entire range), she stands out for the roundness of her tone and the smoothness of her phrasing, as well as the precision in the small coloraturas, such as the sixteenth-note passages in the first aria—qualities enhanced by a clear, beautiful tone and intelligible articulation even in the high register[…]

Carmen

Chiara Maria Fiorani (Frasquita) and […] are excellent interpreters of the comique style desired by the composer for their characters. In the ensembles, they stand out for the brilliance of their tone and the liveliness of their intentions: especially in the ‘terzetto delle carte,’ this characteristic provides a good counterbalance to the dramatic depth of Kolosova.

Carmen

Excellent Chiara Maria Fiorani, her Frasquita shines for its intonation and richness of tone. She also benefits from a projection that allows her singing line to be clearly distinguished in any situation, even in the ‘Choeur des contrebandiers,’ and she hits the high C precisely in the ‘Chanson du toreador.’
